John began his career in the Financial Services sector in 1986, working as a “man from the Pru”. Following that, he worked as a Financial Adviser with Royal Life until 1994 when he joined Independent Financial Advisors MLP Ltd. It was here that he developed an understanding of the needs of individual clients, encompassing investment bonds, pensions, mortgages, life assurance and other protection products. Moving to Spain in 2004, John has been assisting those living and working in Spain understand the current tax, pensions and investment issues that can affect expats living in Spain.
