Along with drawing on the resources of The Spectrum IFA Group, one of Europe’s leading independent intermediaries, Charles Hutchinson brings 25 years of experience in financial services. He started life as an Investment Manager and later as a Commodity Broker. In 1990, he qualified as a Financial Adviser in the UK.
As an independent adviser living and working in the Costa del Sol area of Spain, Charles provides you with the advantage of unbiased financial planning advice. In making recommendations he has access to a comprehensive range of the world’s most respected international banking, investment management and insurance institutions, bringing clients the competitive advantages and convenience of being able to access multiple managers and product providers through one source.
Fees
There are no consulting fees for providing you with advice or ongoing service. The Spectrum IFA Group receives industry-standard arrangement fees directly from the financial institutions with whom we place our clients’ business - not directly from our clients.
Clients
Clients have varied needs, but typically either have disposable income they wish to invest regularly towards their medium to long-term goals, or have accrued capital they would like to invest for growth. Clients are only introduced to Charles by personal introduction (referral by existing clients), or by means of professional introduction (financial institutions, employer Human Resources departments or by professional service providers such as accountants, lawyers, trust managers or relocation specialists).
Charles works with clients of all ages, wealth and financial experience and sophistication - including fellow investment professionals. It is a well-established principle that people from all walks of life who plan for their goals are far more likely to reach them than those who do not!
Qualifications and professional Qualifications
Charles’ qualifications and certifications include the International Financial Planning Certificate from the Chartered Insurance Institute. He is also a Private Pilot on both Helicopters and Fixed Wing and has a Masters Ticket Commercial Ocean Going. The Spectrum IFA Group is a member of the British Chamber of Commerce. The Spectrum IFA Group is regulated by the DGS in Spain.
