 Background
Pauline has been working within The Spectrum IFA Group, one of Europe’s largest independent financial advisory intermediaries since it’s inception. She has over 15 years of experience in financial services, the last 11 of which have been in the Costa del Sol region of Spain. She started her working life in Local Government dealing with Student statistics and then as a qualified Buyer. In 1978, Pauline trained as a Financial Adviser in the UK with Hambro Life, part of the Hambro Merchant Banking Group and then was asked to join the start up of Sun Life Unit Services in 1980.
Pauline got married and had 3 children and decided to take time out to raise them, continuing in the Financial Services Sector on a part time basis servicing existing clients only.
After an intensive training course in London in 1998, Pauline decided to once more concentrate on being a full time Independent Financial Adviser and to moved to the Costa del Sol area of Spain with her family. For the past 11 years she has built up a large clientele, providing a full financial planning service. When making recommendations she has access to a comprehensive range of the world’s most respected and financially sound international banking, investment management and insurance institutions, bringing clients the competitive advantages and convenience of being able to access multiple managers and product providers through one source.
Fees
There are no consulting fees for providing you with advice or ongoing service. The Spectrum IFA Group receives industry-standard arrangement fees directly from the financial institutions with whom we place our clients’ business - not directly from our clients.
Clients
Pauline has clients from all walks of life. Retired, needing to maximize income; Working clients with future financial planning needs such as retirement planning; young families who require life cover or critical illness protection for their partners and children; clients who have already built their capital and want advice on protecting it’s growth and clients who wish to build up capital for their future – looking ahead to weddings, their children going to University, saving for that special holiday or car etc. Most new Clients come to Pauline as a referral from her existing clients or by personal introduction from them and some are introduced to her by means of professional introduction (financial institutions, employer Human Resources departments or by professional service providers such as accountants, lawyers, trust managers or relocation specialists).
Pauline works with clients of all ages, wealth and financial experience and sophistication - including fellow investment professionals.

Qualifications and professional Qualifications
Pauline’s qualifications and certifications include the International Financial Planning Certificate from the Chartered Insurance Institute. She also has degree level qualifications in Economics and Statistics. In the past she was a qualified Buyer and holds numerous Local Government qualifications. The Spectrum IFA Group is regulated by the DGS in Spain, License nº J2306 which has been passported under the freedom of services rule into Gibraltar so that Pauline can give help and advice for People living and/or working in Spain or Gibraltar.
